How to make a banana penguin
- Obtain a banana, preferably of at least medium size.
- Take the banana by the stem and peel straight backward about halfway down the banana.
- Split the rest of the peel in half, so there are two pieces of peel, one on each side; peel these about halfway down the banana.
- Take a small bite from the top of the banana.
- Flip the piece with the stem back over the top.
- Make penguin noises.
- Name your penguin (optional).
Did I teach you this in undergrad during Philosphy of Religion? It's a very philosophical thing to do: does the penguin have feelings; is it wrong to make a banana into an animal; and then eat it; does that make you a carnivore at that moment?
